Should Fairview High School go Paperless
A lot of schools today are considering switching from paper books to e-books and subscriptions to get the e-books. The question is should Fairview High School consider spending less money on paper book and more on e-book readers and subscriptions? I believe that Fairview High School should go to paperless books for many reasons. Very good reasons, some of the reasons are money, space, user friendly programs, and virtual space. The most important is money to get the readers, computers, and the programs.
The most important thing to get is the money to pay for the computers and the programs, for the computers. Another reason is that the computers use a lot of power and there’s more money, and also they have to pay for the internet. Sometimes the internet is very slow. Another big reason is finding space on the server and in the school for the computers. There also a lot of distractions on the internet and computers.
Those are the reasons why the Fairview High School should stay with paper books. The e-books are more cost efficient and can store more books on one e-book. The readers aren't that much money and they are easy to use. The space in the school would increase because all the books are the readers. The e-books themselves aren't that musch money, everybook is only $9.99. Those are the reasons why Fairview High School should spend more on e-books and less on paperbooks.
